Do you sell a product, or build to order?
We build to order. There is no AiOpt app to licence — we scope, design and build the optimization around your processes, then hand it over running. The systems shown above were all built this way.
How long does it take?
The free audit takes about a week. A first working system is typically live within four to six weeks, running alongside your existing process until it outperforms it.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
No. We read from your ERP, WMS and spreadsheets through their APIs and write recommendations back. Nothing gets ripped out, and you can switch it off without losing anything.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The system runs on your infrastructure and the work is yours — you are not renting access to it, and you are not locked into us to keep it running.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
In EU infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, under GDPR. Your data trains models for your business only — never pooled with other clients.
How do you measure the return?
Against your own baseline, agreed in writing before the first system goes live. Every recommendation is logged with its predicted and realized effect, so the number is yours to verify.
What size of business is this built for?
Operations complex enough that no single person holds the whole picture — typically 50 employees and up, or anyone running multi-site logistics, inventory or field resources.
