What this covers
This policy covers this website and any system we build and operate for you. Where we process data on your behalf under a client engagement, the contract for that engagement takes precedence over this page.
What we collect from this site
Your language preference, stored in a cookie so the site opens in the language you chose. Nothing else — there is no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking on this website.
Client data
Data you give us during an engagement is processed only to build and run the system you asked for. It trains models for your business alone and is never pooled with other clients or used to improve anything we sell to somebody else.
Where it is stored
In EU infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, under GDPR. Where a system runs on your own infrastructure, your data does not leave it at all.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask what we hold, ask for it corrected, ask for it deleted, and object to processing. Call us on either number on this site and we will handle it.
Retention
For the duration of the engagement and any period we are legally required to keep records. When that ends, working data is deleted rather than archived.
