What we provide
We design, build and hand over custom AI optimization systems. We are not selling a licence to a product — each engagement produces a system built for one client and one set of processes.
Engagements and scope
Every engagement begins with a written scope covering what is being optimized, the agreed baseline, the measure of success and the price. Work outside that scope is agreed separately before it starts.
Ownership
You own the system we build for you and it runs on your infrastructure. We retain rights to our own pre-existing tools and general methods, which are not specific to your business.
Results and measurement
Results are measured against the baseline agreed in writing before the first system goes live. We do not guarantee a specific figure in advance — we guarantee that the figure will be measured honestly and be verifiable by you.
Confidentiality
Anything we learn about your operation during an engagement stays confidential, indefinitely, whether or not the engagement continues.
Liability
Our systems recommend and automate; accountability for operational decisions remains with you. Specific limits of liability are set in the contract for each engagement.
